My College Survival Site

This site is designed to help anyone get into and survive college. Plus, we have a few ideas on how to have some fun while
you are there. So, take a few deep breaths, relax and try and find what you are looking for.

Finding a College

The first thing you have to do is try and find a school that is a good fit for you. Most students have no idea what they
want to do with the rest of their life. This is actually one of the silliest things that we expect out of people in society.
Adolescents are trying to deal with all kinds of things and then we ask them to tell us what they want to do with the rest of
their lives when they have not been exposed to anything. My advice to prospective college students is to think about what you
love to do. It really is true that the money will follow, if you want it to. The most important thing is to do something you
are passionate about. Once you have found a couple of things that you love to do, investigate how people create items for that
field or work in that field. You will be surprised what you find.

Then you will want to start your search for a college or university. This can be a daunting task, but it really is not that hard once you have a focus like the one you just created in the previous step. Enlisting the help of a college counselor can be a  big help in selecting a group of schools based on the type of degree and programs you would like to pursue.
